Hi there! We’re Ian and Olivia. Two Hoosier raised folks, with a love for the North, hard work, and the occasional brewski. We’re glad you’re here. Hopefully, we can have some good times together while we lean into our roots and get down and dirty with the lost art of being handy. Let’s get to know each other a bit.

Ian is the muscle, the brains, and let’s be honest, the foundation of our duo. An engineer by trade, he has a brilliant mind for problem solving, seeing the small details, while also linking it all together in a bigger picture. He was raised learning the power of knowledge and patience. If there’s a project that needs done, he’ll find a way to do it, and he’ll take the time to do it right. From swapping out a home’s worth of electricity and plumbing, to building kitchens, and replacing HVAC’s, he’s got it covered. That’s why, without a doubt, I knew I had to follow his lead and start our Northern adventure.

I’m Olivia. I hold the creativity, sweat, and blood cards…as well as some of the brains. I have always thrived off of learning to do as many things as I could, but once I can do it, I’m on to the next. What’s that old saying?

“Jack of all trades is a master of none, but often times better than a master of one”.

Yeah, we’re here to celebrate that! I’m an occupational therapist by trade, and love finding creative outlets to balance and grow each aspect of life. I’ve been known as a wanderer, hopping every couple of years from one place to the next. Maybe this Northern adventure is just what I need to keep my roaming heart still.

We’re here together, with our faithful doggo, Esther, to create a community of project-doers who dig deep into their ambition and do things they never thought possible. What goes great with that? A beer or two, obviously. Cheers!
